Before you start
You need a Smart TV connected to your home network, your subscription details and a few minutes. For best results connect the TV with an Ethernet cable. If you use Wi-Fi, choose the 5 GHz band and keep the TV close to the router.
Samsung (Tizen) TVs
- Press Home and open the Apps panel in Smart Hub.
- Search for an IPTV player and install it.
- Open the app and add your login or playlist details.
- Wait for the channel list and the TV guide to load.
Samsung TVs from 2017 onward use Tizen. If no player is listed for your model, message us and we suggest one that works.
LG (webOS) TVs
- Open the LG Content Store.
- Search for an IPTV player and install it.
- Add your details in the app settings.
- Restart the app so the channel list and guide refresh.
If the picture stutters
Switch to a cable, update the app and restart the TV. Our buffering guide covers the rest.
