How to spot a dodgy IPTV seller (and what a trustworthy one looks like)

A practical checklist of red and green flags to help you choose an IPTV provider you can rely on, before you pay.

Why this matters

Anyone can put up a website and take a payment. Before you subscribe, spend five minutes on this checklist. It protects your money and your data.

Red flags

  • No way to contact a real person, or only an anonymous form.
  • No refund policy, terms or privacy policy anywhere on the site.
  • Prices that are far below everyone else with no explanation.
  • Pressure to pay immediately or only by hard-to-trace methods such as gift cards.
  • Copy and design that look identical to dozens of other sites.
  • Only glowing reviews that all sound the same.

Green flags

  • A visible contact number and fast replies in your language.
  • Clear plans and prices in your own currency.
  • Published privacy, terms and refund pages.
  • Willingness to explain how it works and to help you set up.
  • Honest answers when you ask about limits and licensing.

Questions worth asking

  • How quickly do you reply, and at what hours?
  • What happens if it does not work on my device?
  • How do I renew, and does the plan renew automatically?
  • Which payment methods do you accept?

Our promise

We try to meet every green flag above: real people on WhatsApp, local prices, written policies and no automatic renewals. If you ever feel we fall short, tell us.
